As stated in our "About Us" page, we be able to book appointments on our website for fast and easier booking. There will be improvements to the exterior and interior of the salon in the upcoming months. We are focusing on making this establishment more comfortable for our client's.

 

New appointments and clients are accepted. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome!

 

Your scheduled appointment is important to us. We want to make sure our clients receive the best service possible during each of their appointments.

To help make sure we can do this, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment time if you need to cancel your appointment or rebook any service scheduled. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays happen. In emergencies, we do allow a 10-15 -minute window for you to arrive without incurring cancellation fees. If this happens, we respectfully request that you contact us.

 

Appointments canceled without notice may result in being charged full price for your service. No shows will also be charged the full amount and may be required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment.

Prices may vary according to length, density, and texture of hair. All prices are listed as starting and do not include additional services including more product use, styling, and/or haircutting etc. Customers may ask for quote prior to checkout or start of service when seated for a consultation. Prices are subject to change.

All of our services and products are non refundable and must be paid in full in salon, but if you are not satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.

-Prior to entering premises, it is the customers responsibility let us know of any medical conditions, previous services, or allergies etc. that can prevent us from a service, as we are not liable for any incidents on salon premise (including physical injury). It may take multiple-processes to achieve desired results depending on previous color and desired end results. Chemical processes may cause some damage to the integrity of hair. All service providers  will recommend in-salon and home use products to improve the health of a guests hair as well as maintain the results after the services. Results cannot be guaranteed if guest chooses to not purchase professional haircare at our Salon. Please be careful when entering entire premises especially in different weather conditions. Therefore as on ongoing agreement. Kreationz. or its employees cannot be held liable. -
